Privacy, in plain English.

When you fill out the subscribe form we collect your name, business name, email, phone, location, and any notes you share about your sign. That's it.

Like most modern sites we also collect anonymous traffic data through Vercel Analytics — pages visited, rough geography, device class. No cookies that follow you off this site.

Your form submission goes to a human at Sideboard so we can reply, scope your sign, and match you with an artist. Nothing more.

Analytics tell us which cities are asking and which pages do the work — so we can improve the site, not target you.

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't feed it to AI training pipelines.

How you opt in: when you submit the subscribe form with your mobile number, or provide your number while onboarding as a Sideboard artist, you are expressly opting in to receive operational text messages from us at that number. Giving us your number is voluntary, and consenting to texts is never a condition of subscribing or of being paid as an artist.

What we send: transactional, account-related messages only — order confirmations, scheduling, and, for artists, alerts when a new sign is assigned to you. We never send marketing or promotional texts.

What we never do: we do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Our messaging provider (Twilio) and the mobile carriers handle delivery only and don't get to reuse your number.

Frequency and opting out: message frequency depends on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts won't affect your subscription — we'll just reach you by email instead.

As long as you're an active subscriber, plus a reasonable tail for billing, warranty, and tax records. If you'd like your contact record deleted, email hello@sideboard.studio and we'll take care of it.

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our subscription and CRM vendors. We use reputable providers and keep access limited to people who need it.

If we change anything material we'll update the date below and, for active subscribers, send a note. Continued use of the site means you're good with the updated version.
